Spring is here at last.
At the end of April I took part in The Little Gallery Tearoom at Watford Museum. This is a great initiative run by Christine Clifford. She invites locals artists, crafts people and musicians to show their skills while she and her volunteer helpers supply tea, coffee and a delicious array of home-made cakes and bread. I also gave two demonstrations of copper foiling to an appreciative audience. The tearoom takes place on the last Saturday of every month.
At the end of June, on Saturday 22nd, there will be a special day as part of the Watford Live! Art Festival and I will be back there with my glass. Come along to see a selection of arts and crafts as well as enjoying live music and even a vintage fire engine. http://www.watfordmuseum.org.uk/docs/little_gallery_may.pdf
As a member of Herts Visual Arts Forum - http://www.hvaf.org.uk I will be exhibiting and demonstrating at the Living Crafts Show at Hatfield House on Saturday, May 11th. Go to www.livingcrafts.co.uk for details of this 4 day event.
If you are interested in any form of art, go to the HVA website to see details of upcoming exhibitions and events.
